What does this notice cover?
The Sweeper application (the “App”) is the official app operated by Sweeper Limited (“Operator”, “we” or “us”). This notice describes how we will make use of your data when you’re enjoying our App or Website (“platform”). It gives you more information on:

What information do we collect?
We collect and process your personal data when you enjoy our platform. This includes:
● Sign-up information. Email address*, username*, password* and / or numerical PIN*, name*, date of birth*, gender*
● Marketing information. Marketing preferences, including any consents you have given us
● Technical information. Information related to the device or the browser you use to access our platform*
Some of the above data are mandatory for legal reasons or to satisfy our Terms and Conditions, without them it will not be possible to access our services. Mandatory data are marked with an asterisk. All other data are optional.

Social media: When you interact with us or content through social media, we receive information from your interaction with our content (e.g., content viewed, and information about advertisements you have been shown or have clicked on). Purposes
We monitor our platform, and use your information to help us monitor, improve and protect our content, services and platform.

– Retaining and evaluating information on your recent visits to our platform, your activity and how you move around for analytics purposes in order to understand how you use our platform so that we can make it more intuitive

We could use personal data we collect to detect, investigate, and prevent activities that may violate our Terms and Conditions

– Sharing your information with third parties in order to allow us to pursue available remedies or limit damage that we may sustain
Who will we share this data with, where and when?
With your consent, we may share your personal data when you provide us with your consent to do so.
Service providers. Personal data will also be shared with third party service providers, who will process it on behalf of us for the purposes identified above. In particular, we use third party providers of hosting, product development and maintenance.
Other users. The following data may be shared on your user page with all other users: picture, name, username.
Law enforcement officials. Personal data may be shared with government authorities, regulators and/or law enforcement officials if required for the purposes above, if mandated by law or if required for the legal protection of our legitimate interests in compliance with applicable laws.
Change of control. In the event that the business is sold or integrated with another business, your details will be disclosed to our advisers and any prospective purchaser’s adviser and will be passed to the new owners of the business.
Business Partnerships. We may share your data with third party businesses that we partner with.
Where is your Personal data stored?
All data is stored in the UK and Ireland.
What rights do I have?
You have the right to ask us for a copy of your personal data; to correct, delete or restrict (stop any active) processing of your personal data; and to obtain the personal data you provide to us for a contract or with your consent in a structured, machine readable format, and to ask us to share (port) this data to another controller.
In addition, you can object to the processing of your personal data in some circumstances (in particular, where we don’t have to process the data to meet a contractual or other legal requirement, or where we are using the data for direct marketing).
These rights may be limited, for example if fulfilling your request would reveal personal data about another person, where they would infringe the rights of a third party (including our rights) or if you ask us to delete information which we are required by law or regulation to keep or have compelling legitimate interests in keeping (for example, self-exclusion data). Withdrawing consent and opt-out of receiving marketing communications.
Where we have asked for your consent to process your personal data, you have the right to withdraw this consent at any time.
You can opt-out of direct marketing or profiling we carry out for direct marketing, at any time. You can do this by following instructions included in our marketing communications, by managing your preferences in the app or by contacting us using the details set out below.

Who is the data controller?
The Sweeper data controller is Sweeper Ltd registered in England and Wales under company number 12603455 and having its registered office at 86-90 Paul Street, 3rd Floor, London EC2A 4NE.
How long will you retain my data?
Where we process registration data, we do this for as long as you are an active user of our platform and for 6 years after this.
Where we process personal data for marketing purposes or with your consent, we process the data until you ask us to stop and for a short period after this (to allow us to implement your requests). We also keep a record of the fact that you have asked us not to send you direct marketing or to process your data so that we can respect your request in future.
Where we process personal data in connection with performing a contract, we keep the data for 6 years from your last interaction with us.
Cookies Notice
What does it mean?
Cookies are text files capable of identifying you as a customer and saving your personal preferences and technical information. We may also use “clear pixels” or “web beacons” that monitor your use of our site. We also integrate “Software Development Kits” (“SDKs”), javascripts or portions of code into our platform to perform similar functions as cookies. Functionality Cookies: They allow our platform to remember choices you make (such as your user name, or the region you are in) and provide enhanced, more personal features.

We may revise this Privacy Notice at any time by posting an amended version on our platform. If we update the terms of this Privacy Notice, the updated terms will apply to each of your uses of the platform from that point on. We will use reasonable efforts to ensure that any important changes will be notified to you by an appropriate method, such as a notice on the App. However, it is your responsibility to check the Privacy Notice regularly to take notice of any changes we make, and you agree to do so.

We are committed to the principles inherent in the GDPR and particularly to the concepts of privacy by design, the right to be forgotten, consent and a risk-based approach. In addition, we aim to ensure:
